
Description
As a Professional Services Consultant, Sr you will take the leading role in technical engagements including assuming responsibility for performing Mapping, Testing, Technical evaluation and solution changes as well as solution implementation both to the cloud and on customers own environments.
The role involves delivering technical software integration solution between customers ERP and their trading partners, including communication, message exchange, data transformation and training. You will be the Technical Subject Matter expert supporting the Project Manager, providing status updates highlighting risks and issues, during the project and whilst working directly with the customer or third-party technical teams.
What you will be doing:
Coach and mentor PS Consultants ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery.
Assist Project Manager in determining direction, timelines, schedules and activities for an area of the project.
Ensure all deliverables in area of responsibility are delivered on time and on budget.
Perform training and knowledge sharing with peers and customer core team
Co-ordinate closely with various Teams, Technical/Development/Consultants
Engage directly with customers to ensure the most appropriate solution is delivered for the customer. This may involve change of project scope to ensure the best outcome for the customer.
Reviewing Technical documentation for API's, communication protocols, Message Standards. Using this information to implement a fully integrated customer solution.
Working directly with the other consultants, to bring your experience to the benefit of the professional services team.
What you will likely bring:
Possess accurate estimating skills for various project tasks.
Previous EDI or system integration experience beneficial.
Ability to meet utilization targets and completes project deliverables on time.
Strong technical background, with ERP experience a distinct advantage
Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources and monitor the performance of project tasks.
Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter and able to work independently.
Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations.
Ability to travel, sometimes internationally
Qualifications
Active Polish and English language (+ German very beneficial)
Manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting experience.
5+ years of Technical ERP, Integration or EDI Experience.
