About the role:

The Product Developer, Sr is responsible for hands-on development in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining Epicor products. The Product Developer, Senior, serves as a mentor and guides the junior team members.

We're seeking a candidate who has experience in developing solutions using Python, Django, Angular.

What you will do:

• Mastery of senior-level duties and responsibilities.
• Expert in writing code, refactoring, and testing new and existing applications and framework components.
• Actively drive and participate in designing and reviewing core functionality, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Drive and participate in code reviews, pair programming, and code analysis.
• Work with their team to recommend solutions under accepted testing frameworks and the testing pyramid.
• Create and provide estimates of work, ensuring the timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Proactively improve coding standards and provide recommendations for enhancements.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers.

What you will need to succeed:

• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead a team to meet project deadlines.
• Customer-centric orientation and strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts.
• 5-8 years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.  
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
