Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages a sales territory, vertical and/or geographical
Cross Sell EDI solutions into new and existing customer base.
Qualifies opportunities with the aim of maximizing leads
Plans and implements sales campaigns
Coordinates with solution sales, professional services and existing Account Managment teams
Inputs ideas and participates in marketing events
Understands the business requirements of prospects and customers
Provides accurate and timely sales forecasts.
Manages the short and medium term pipeline
Updates and maintains CRM and performs weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the assigned territory
Some travel is expected in support of sales efforts.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proven track record of sales success
Accomplished track record of selling to multi-level business, technical and IT people
Background of EDI technology and business preferred
Background in the Distribution and Manufacturing industry preferred
Ability to quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new project
Ability to build and maintain relationship and engage in co-selling motions with internal stake holders
Qualifications
3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
High school diploma
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), Integration Platforms or Supply Chain preferred
