Description:

• The Division Chair, in collaboration with Administrative Dyad Partner(s), ensures that the members of the division perform to the highest standards of medicine and integrated care as outlined by Essentia Health (EH).
• The Division Chair is responsible for Division performance on patient quality and safety indicators, patient satisfaction, access, productivity, provider engagement, cost of care, operationalizing EH standards of care and other key initiatives. The Division Chair inspires others to fulfill the mission, vision and aspirational aims of Essentia Health.
• This is a 1.0FTE position and will entail .3FTE as Division Chair and .7FTE as an in-person practicing psychiatry physician in any of the following areas (adult inpatient or outpatient, consult liaison, child & adolescent inpatient or outpatient).

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Psychiatrist
• Demonstrated experience and effectiveness in leadership roles.
