Associate Director, Client Services

Locations: Chicago, IL | Hybrid

The OMS Client Services Associate Director will focus on managing day to day production support responsibilities on the Eze OMS product and services.  Additional responsibilities include process management, training, hiring, and mentoring employees.  The Client Services Associate Director will play an important role in creating and maintaining a dedicated team of innovators and experts who love to collaborate on the cutting edge. An ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, excellent problem-solving/analytical skills, and a passion and commitment for fostering a culture that promotes innovation, growth, communication, and achievement from the bottom up.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Lead a team and provide guidance and escalation for day-to-day Client Service responsibilities
  • Build and maintain processes that Service Analysts need to follow
  • Uphold necessary SLOs to meet the necessary KPIs developed
  • Advocate for product supportability
  • Coach and mentor, a team of Service Analysts and may need to provide critical feedback to employees to promote employee professional development
  • Participate in the process of growing the team by conducting interviews and assisting the Recruiting Team
  • Contribute to various training initiatives to enhance product and process knowledge within Client Services
  • Build strong relationships with clients and third parties and act as a point of escalation
  • Work with various Client Service teams to provide valuable insight and feedback in clients' day-to-day activities

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required, with minimum of 5 years of related industry work experience
  • Understanding of the financial technology space including knowledge of the Eze products and industry trends
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage difficult situations
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with an understanding of how to tailor the message to various internal functions
  • Strong technical aptitude
