Description

Fairview Health Services is seeking an Endocrinology Physician to join a multispecialty practice in at M Health Fairview Clinic in Wyoming, MN. Conveniently located 30 minutes northeast of Minneapolis. M Health Fairview Clinic – Wyoming offers comprehensive care with primary and specialty services. Join a team of over 25 specialists!

Practice Details:

  • Join a network of 18 Endocrinologists and 5 advanced practice providers working in community clinics throughout the system
  • 1.0 FTE, which is 36 patient contact hours per week
  • Provide a full spectrum of care including diagnosis and management of diabetes and osteoporosis as well as disorders of the thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and parathyroid glands
  • Call responsibility is 1:3, which is phone call only, goes to nurse triage first, and is very minimal
  • Opportunity to collaborate with other Endocrinology colleagues within the Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism at the University of Minnesota
  • Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
  • Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care and subspecialty physicians

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an ACGME Endocrinology fellowship training program
  • Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association
  • Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
  • Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
