Work Status Details: Full Time | 80.00 Hours Every Two Weeks
Exempt from Overtime: Non-Exempt
Shift Details: M-F 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Department: Human Resources | Reports To: Manager-Human Resources


The mission of Faith Regional Health Services is to serve Christ by providing all people with exemplary medical services in an environment of love and care.

Job Summary: Performs a variety of recruitment/employment activities to ensure the hiring of qualified, competent clinical staff through identifying, developing and implementing sourcing strategies. Acts as day to day recruitment liaison between clinical hiring directors/managers. Will be responsible for providing information and guidance to employees, supervisors and directors on Human Resources policies and procedures. Initiate, develop and implement a proactive recruitment strategy to address nursing and clinical recruitment needs including targeted strategies to address diversity deficiencies. Identify and attend local, state, regional nursing/clinical recruitment events. Will also perform other HR related duties as assigned. 

Hours will be dependent on patient census and workload. Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, to include after-hours and weekends as necessary.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, associate or bachelor's degree in nursing, or a combination of 4 years of education and experience in related field required.

Previous healthcare recruitment and/or clinical healthcare experience preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and customer service skills.

Effective organization, planning and follow-up skills. 

Knowledge and experience of HRIS for recruitment purposes, and experience in the use of computers for word processing and statistical analysis purposes. 

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
