Seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team~
FCX Performance/SW Controls is an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a leading process flow control company. SW Controls is recognized as one of the Midwest's largest process control representative and distributor organizations.
As A Business Development Manager, you will (Develop and expand relationships with current customers. You'll spend your time interacting with your customers determining their needs, having a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention and sales results!
What you'll do:
Proven experience in retaining customers and building repeat sales/ managing a territory.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
Prepares cost estimates and solution designs by understanding needs.
Be strategic, organized, and technologically savvy in your approach to managing your sales territory.
Retain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as needed basis.
Responsible for helping set sales target goals and marketing strategy.
Develops customers' staff by providing technical information and training.
Works with manufacturer's technical resources and product management to advance product.
We seek:
BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
Experience selling flow control products to industrial/oil/gas/chemical/food & beverage and pharmaceutical
Demonstrated history of achieving sales objectives, knowledge of flow control products and solutions.
Interpersonal skills suitable for participation in engineering and sales teams
