Description
The Corporate Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist II plays a critical role in supporting the bank's commercial lending operations by preparing accurate and compliant loan documentation. This position requires a deep understanding of complex loan structures including construction loans and the ability to navigate the unique documentation requirements each entails.
The primary purpose of the role is to ensure that all commercial loan documents are produced in strict accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and the specific terms outlined in loan approvals. Precision and an exceptional attention to detail are essential, as any errors or omissions in documentation can expose the bank to significant legal, financial, and reputational risks.
