Description
The Information Security Technician will provide daily support for Information Security processes and services. Duties include review of application logs and alerts to identify abnormal activity, generating reports for user access certifications, gathering documentation for audit processes, and other related duties as assigned.
Essential Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in daily review of security logs to identify irregular activity and system changes.
2. Completes tasks related to user access certifications.
3. Maintains a list of departmental procedures.
4. Gathers information as required for audit processes.
Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications
1. High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field preferred.
2. Previous IT experience or equivalent education required.
3. Should possess good communication skills, verbal and written.
4. May be eligible for Telecommuting.
