We are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual contributor, to join our European team as a Business Development Manager, focused on leading our marketing and business development initiatives in the data center segment.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Lead and manage business development and business intelligence efforts, along with marketing strategies targeted at the data center market.
- Establish and execute a long-term strategy for growth within the data center segment.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners to support strategic growth.
- Support brand visibility and engagement efforts through marketing activities.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to enable successful go-to-market plans for new services and offerings.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Bring innovative thinking to improve engagement strategies and drive successful conversions.
The Experience We Are Looking to Add to Our Team
- Proven experience in business development or marketing, preferably within the technology or data center industries.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience managing external partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, self-starting approach—comfortable working as an individual contributor.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
Here Are a Few of Our Preferred Experiences
- Background or working knowledge of power solutions for data centers.
- Familiarity with DC/DC power conversion technologies or adjacent markets.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and commercial teams.
- Preferably located in UK, Ireland, Sweden, Italy or Germany
