We zijn op zoek naar een Declarant in Oostrum, Noord-Limburg.

Bij Flex begrijpen we dat een vlotte en efficiënte afhandeling van douanezaken essentieel is voor een soepel verloop van de supply chain. Als declarant ben jij een cruciale schakel in het opstellen en verwerken van douanedocumenten. Jouw nauwkeurigheid zorgt ervoor dat alle douaneaangiftes correct en op tijd worden afgehandeld, wat bijdraagt aan een probleemloze transportervaring.

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Supervisor Customs & Trade Compliance.

Wat ga je doen? 

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van diverse douanedocumenten, zoals import-, export-, transit- en oorsprongsdocumenten.  
• Je houdt zorgvuldig toezicht op de voortgang van dossiers om er voor te zorgen dat ze nauwkeuring worden afgehandeld en je zorgt ervoor dat de doorbelasting accuraat is
• Je biedt waardevol advies aan zowel interne als externe stakeholders
• Daarnaast neem je actief deel aan projecten of leid je deze

Wat heb je nodig:

• MBO/HBO werk- en denk niveau
• Een afgeronde vakopleiding declarant of minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als assistent declarant
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
• Flexibiliteit, stressbestendigheid, een pro -actieve houding
• Een echte teamplayer met een positieve mindset en winnaarsmentaliteit
