Job Description

The Global Compensation Program Manager be based in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico. Will be responsible of manage the execution of the multi-faceted Global Compensation Program, leverage strong operational and program management experience to oversee all aspects of the Program and deliver with overall excellence.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

  • Manage the execution of the multi-faceted Global Compensation Program, leverage strong operational and program management experience to oversee all aspects of the Program and deliver with overall excellence
  • Create Integrated Project Plan to manage execution of the program, ensure alignment with key stakeholders, communicate milestones, assign ownership and ensure timely delivery of the product
  • Drive towards results by tracking key operational milestones, identifying obstacles and problem solving, creating improvement opportunities
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of all Company Pay for Performance Programs, become a Subject Matter Expert on eligibility requirements and apply this knowledge to practical situations
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise on program eligibility and technical requirements to support new Business System initiatives created to enhance customer experience, increase efficiencies and build to scale
  • Build productive partnerships with HRIT, HRIS, HRBP, regional TR team, Communications, Talent Management and Payroll teams as well as other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and ownership of the process workstreams
  • Create series of processes and models to support processes
  • Manage the overall integrity and delivery of Compensation data, create a series of system and data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy of compensation data
  • Review current practices in the execution of the program to identify potential compliance risks and incorporate a series of steps ensuring compliance to Company policy
  • Build and maintain productive business relationships with payroll team to ensure seamless transition of payout data
  • Lead cycle debrief sessions, cataloging feedback from key stakeholders, internal core and extended team, incorporate learnings into upcoming cycle requirements and processes
  • Create a library of process documentation and exhibits to ensure efficient cross-training of the broader team

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

  • BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 5+ years of industry experience in Total Rewards, Human Resources, or HR technology
  • Program management experience with a focus on drive and execution
  • Exposure or experience with diversified culture and commutation
  • Experience working with Workday and proficient in Excel
