What a typical day looks like:

1. 负责对生产现场的作业分析并规划系统性的改善方案，对制造流程涉及的人、机、料、法、环进行精益改善，提升整体工效。

2. 负责对产线进行专案提效增产改善。

3. 负责生产现场物流的优化和车间布局优化调整。

4. 负责工装治具的优化改善。

5. 负责策划改善专项活动，并组织推进活动实施。

6. 负责对生产相关人员改善知识的培训及能力培养，提升团队能力。

7. 开发精益生产思想、工具、方法的培训体系课程。

8. 遵守并提醒他人遵守公司和部门的环境健康安全规则和要求，报告工作区域的不安全状况或风险，支持环境健康安全改进项目的实施。

9. 确保本岗位使用的网络、系统、软件/硬件及相关数据和信息处于安全可控状态，并符合相关信息安全法规和信息安全管理制度的要求。

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

1. 5年以上工业制造领域的工作经验。

2. 大专及以上学历，工业工程专业优先。

3. 对精益工具与知识有一定的了解，具备一定的项目推进能力。
