We're looking to add a new Junior Process Engineer employee to be based in Tczew, Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

·        Design and model welding fixtures, jigs, and tooling using CAD software

·        Collaborate with production to implement efficient welding solutions.

·        Support automation initiatives including robotic welding cells (MIG/MAG, Laser)

·        Ensure compliance with relevant standards (EN ISO, AWS).

·        Provide technical support during prototype builds and serial production.

The experience/qualification we're looking to add to our team:

·        Engineer Degree, preferably in Welding/Mechanical Engineering.

·        Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.

·        Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks or Inventor).

·        Understanding of welding processes (MIG/MAG, TIG, resistance welding,Laser).

·        Fluent in English & Polish (written and spoken)

·        Eligible to work in Poland (EU).

Will be appreciated:

·        Experience with robotic welding systems

·        Experience with designing and building welding fixtures for manual and automated processes
