To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineer located in Juarez Sur.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager , the Process Engineer's role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Leadership
• Attitude and availability to changes in processes.
• Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
• Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities.
• estadistic control experience
• PTH Experiencie
• Review processing methods.
• PCBA industry experience.
• SMT And Conformal Coating Knowledge
• Knowledge of chemical dispensing machines.
• Knowledge of statistics (analytical).

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Intermediate English
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
• Assists in achieving section/sub-function objectives for a functional area.
• Demonstrates skills in teaching/leading and/or mentoring; may lead a team.
• experience in engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area.
• Define strategies for Down Time reduction.
• Collaborate in Process Improvement initiatives.
• Define and monitor KPI for operation.
