Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Ciudad Juarez, North Site.

Reporting to the Sr Business Unit Director, Program Management Manager role involves leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers

What a typical day looks like:

  • Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)
  • Leader for Large NPI projects.
  • Will communicate to external customer and upper management for Project status and day to day activities.
  • Will lead multidisciplinary team to achieve the goals negotiated with both external and internal customers.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and Project profitability.
  • Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
  • Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants.
  • Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
  • Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables
  • Provide advice to lower-level Project/Product Managers to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
  • Recommend changes to policies which may affect subordinate organization(s).
  • Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups.
  • Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or related.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of harness manufacturing
  • Strong experience in a similar position
  • Previous experience in NPI.
  • APQP
  • Experience in P&L reports.
  • Experience with CFT.
  • Experience with demanding clients.
  • Strong working knowledge of the MS Office (Excel & PP).
  • Microsoft Project experience
  • Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization.
  • Well organized & disciplined, good attention to detail, sets priorities and manages time effectively.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • PMI, PMP, PMO experience is also a plus.
  • Availability to travel
  • Visa and valid passport is desirable
  • Leadership
