Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Engineer – Quality located in Sriperumbudur

What a typical day looks like:

• Implement and maintain ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System.
• Prepare and control quality documentation (SOPs, manuals, procedures).
• Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
• Lead and document Debug Audits to identify and resolve recurring quality issues.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for audit findings and process issues.
• Perform root cause analysis using tools like 8D, Fishbone, and 5-Why.
• Ensure supplier quality through audits and incoming inspection.
• Conduct and participate in Management Review Meetings (MRM) to evaluate QMS effectiveness.
• Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality objectives and shall conduct monthly review meeting.
• Train staff on ISO 9001, IPC standards, and quality procedures.
• Analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agents for BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) submission and ensure timely documentation and compliance.

The experience we're looking to add to our team

• Typically requires a Bachelor degree in related field. 
• Must have 6+ years of experience in Quality management system.
• Auditing experience in QMS – Should have internal auditor certificate of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
