Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Staff/Sr. Hardware EE Engineer (BMC Control Module) located in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site.
What a typical day looks like:
- 1.Lead schematic circuit design and PCB layout reviews.
- 2.Demonstrate expertise in ARM-based CPU chip design.
- 3.Perform Linux embedded board bring-up and debugging.
- 4.Possess strong knowledge of communication protocols including I2C, UART, SPI, and RS485.
- 5.Familiar with Modbus communication, Ethernet, PoE, and eMMC technologies.
- 6.Design DC/DC converters and LDO circuits.
- 7.Conduct signal integrity and power integrity measurements and verification.
- 8.Assist in RFI and RFQ activities by contributing technical expertise and insights
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in consumer PC, industrial PC, laptops, RISC architecture, or networking-related products.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively
Nice to have:
- Experience acting in a staff or senior role to develop shelf controller modules within OCP ORV3 21" or 19" racks, specifically for monitoring and controlling power and BBU shelves in data center environments
