Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Coordinator located in Guadalajra North, providing support to the US Talent Acquisition team located in Mexico and in the Unites States . Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the TA team in meeting its hiring needs by delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of candidate travel during the interview process and facilitate the candidate reimbursement process.
  • Background Check Process: Partner with recruiters to follow up with candidates needing to complete their background check process.
  • Offer Process: Support recruiters with the creation of offer packages to include offline offer letters, NDAs, relocation packages, and/or sponsorship packages
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Serve as a Flex Ambassador promoting Flex culture and value proposition to candidates. 
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities. 
  • Ensure compliance with external regulations (OFCCP, EEOC) and internal policies/procedures. 

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field with experience OR a combination of education, experience and/or training
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate and work effectively in an evolving environment, communicating effectively with managers, peers, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong ability to anticipate needs and act with a sense of urgency to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, think critically, and propose creative solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with Workday Recruiting and Beamery preferred.
  • Ability to work US Central Time Zone hours
  • Must possess full professional proficiency in English
