What a typical day looks like:
Technical lead for NPI Technical bridge in between customer program team and Flex project team DFA/DFM analysis & review FA (failure analysis)
Close work with process engineers to develop new process for meeting NPI requirement
Close work with industrial engineer and process engineer for supporting of new production Line layout design
Close work with process engineer for fixture design, development & verification DOE development for critical problem solution
Data analysis for technical direction Close work with process engineers for PFMEA & process development
Close work with customer design for design solution. Provide Flex process solution to customer for helping design.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in mechanical or mech-electronic discipline
8+ years of experience in product design/development, or technical lead in of electronic product manufacturing (examples include Consumer, Medical, Aerospace, Automotive, or Military Electronics)
Good communication and leadership skills, ability to work well with cross functional teams, ability to work independently without supervision
Good English skill in both oral and writing, can conduct technical communication meeting with foreigner freely Six sigma green belt is required Good FA (failure analysis) skill.
Good CAD skill is required (Creo or Solidworks) Good in MS Office
