To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an [Technical Project Manager] located in [Zhuhai].

What a typical day looks like:

• Engage with internal engineering team(PDE/Quality/process engineers) for technical problem solving.
• Attend meetings with customer for engineering qualification updates, follow up meeting
• Lead internal team to meet engineering qualification schedule.
• Read 2D drawings, review DFM's and analyse technical data.
• Plan DOEs for assembly issues and molding issues, guide team for effective solution.
• Prepare risk assessment and risk mitigation plan for the project.
• Extensive collaboration with Project managers for technical support and cost savings solutions
• Prepare engineering qualification schedule and follow it closely.
• Self driven and proactive

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• More than 10 years of experience in plastic tooling industry/EMS industry as a technical manager.
• Graduation in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical engineering
• Sound knowledge of product design, assembly, painting, pad printing, Heat staking, Gluing, laser etching processes, Die casting and stamping.
• Good understanding of CMF spec ( Color, Material, Finish)
• Hands on tooling and molding
• Good negotiation skills as well as effective communications with customer (English and Mandarin)
• Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred
• Knowledge of MiniTab for data analysis.
