In der Rolle des Tool & Plastic Part Engineer (a) berichtest du an den Tool & Plastic Part Manager und verstärkst ein Team von talentierten und innovativen Engineers.

So sieht ein typischer Tag aus:

Spritzgusswerkzeug Projektleitung

• Projektleitung Neuwerkzeugen;
• Spezifizieren von Neuwerkzeugen;
• Erstellen von Werkzeugkonzepten;
• Optimieren von bestehenden Spritzgusswerkzeugen;
• Betreuen von Revisionen an Werkzeugen;
• Erstellen und Warten von Betriebsdokumenten;
• Durchführen von Füllsimulationen (Sigmasoft);
• Ausbilden und Betreuen von Lernenden - Konstrukteur EFZ und Praktikanten.

Konstruieren mit CAD Siemens NX

• Betriebsmittel und Montagevorrichtungen konstruieren;
• Greifer auslegen und konstruieren;
• Konstruieren von kleineren Werkzeugänderungen oder Optimierungen
• Erstellen und pflegen von Werksnormen.

Die Erfahrung, mit der wir unser Team verstärken wollen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich z.B. als Konstrukteur, Polymechaniker oder Kunststofftechnologe (Fachhochschule, Höhere Fachschule, abgeschlossene Lehre und Ausbildung);
• Erfahrung in der Spritzgusswerkzeugkonstruktion in der Medizinaltechnikbranche;
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit CAD Siemens NX im produzierenden Umfeld und PKW Führerschein;
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
