To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Tooling Engineer Senior located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Director, Mechanical Engineering, the Tooling Engineer will be responsible for designing and engineering tooling protocols for molds, jigs and fixtures as required in order to meet products specifications.

What a typical day looks like:

• Design and engineer moderately-complex tooling protocols for molds, jigs and fixtures as per product specifications.
• Participate in design reviews.
• Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis.
• Implement cost effective tool design changes.
• Collaborate with other team members to qualification, sampling and final part approval.
• Provide status reports as per established schedule.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to tool room equipment.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in similar position.
• Advanced English (Worldwide interactions).
• Demonstrates proficiency in performance development, teaching/ leading, mentoring and/or organizational development.
• Ability to apply common sense and to analyze and solve tooling problems.
