- Full-time; 4 days a week.
- Join three other board-certified Ob/Gyns and 1 Nurse Practitioner.
- Practice breaks down to 44% obstetrics, 30% office visits/procedures and 27% common GYN surgical procedures. Last year this group had 334 deliveries.
- Call would be 1:4.

- A wholly owned for-profit subsidiary of Fort HealthCare Inc., consists of 50 physicians and 11 mid-level providers in multiple specialties (internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, dermatology, behavioral health, oncology and wound care) conducting clinics in Fort Atkinson and 5 surrounding communities.
- Fort Memorial Hospital, a 49-bed not-for-profit, independent community-based hospital which serves a regional population of close to 90,000.
- ED staffed 24/7 by EM-residency trained physicians and advanced practitioners.

- Specialty Clinic providing urology, neurology, neurosurgery, GI, nephrology, rheumatology, plastic & reconstructive surgery.
