WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join our practice at the Franciscan Physician Network Winfield Health Center located in Crown Point, Indiana. Physician will be joining an established, busy practice with experienced providers who enjoy a supportive work environment with a great work-life balance.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will be proficient in Da Vinci Robotic surgeries, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

For all health care services at Franciscan Physician Network, we follow the Ethical and Religious Directives, while caring for our patient population.

• Flexible full-time clinic schedule:
  • includes 1 to 2 late evenings per week
• Weekday, Weekend & Holiday Call: 1:5
• Must be proficient in Da Vinci Robotic surgeries
• Will assist to provide collaboration and supervision of Midwives
• Average volume: 20 patients per day
• Common Diagnoses and Procedures:
  • Pregnancy
  • Menopause
  • LEEP
  • PCOS
  • Endometrial Ablations
  • Natural Family Planning
  • Annual Physical Exams
  • Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding
  • Pelvic Pain
  • Ovarian Cysts
  • Endometrial Hyperplasia
• Experienced clinical support staff
• Strong collegial support
