Osceola Regional Medical Center is now HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. We are a 404-bed tertiary care hospital accredited by The Joint Commission and are designated as a Level II Trauma Center. We are also a teaching hospital in collaboration with UCF College of Medicine. The hospital campus is centrally located in the heart of Kissimmee, accessible from Orlando, St. Cloud, Celebration and Poinciana.

 

Your benefits include:     401k Paid Time Off  Medical, dental, flex spending, life, disability benefits Employee discount program Employee stock purchase program Student loan repayment POSITION SUMMARY:  Supervises staff in the performance of all ultrasound procedures on a direct or indirect basis.  Ensures compliance of all regulatory requirements through State of Florida.  Maintains all quality control mandated by state, federal, and departmental standards.  Ensures completion of all required working during tours.  Meets staffing requirements for department on a consistent basis.  Provides all necessary PI data as required in the departmental PI plan.  This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Osceola Regional Medical Center's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan(PIP). Education:

High School graduate or equivalent; completion of an approved Ultrasound Training Program, at least three years clinical experience/training required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. 

License / Certification:

Current RDMS and current BCLS-C card

Experience:

Minimum of three years experience as a staff sonographer.
