Job Summary:

HCA Florida Lake Monroe Florida Hospital in Sanford, FL in conjunction with University of Central Florida College of Medicine (UCF COM) is seeking a Program Director for our future surgery residency program

Qualified Candidates:

• New surgery residency program with a 2023 go-live date
• Applicants must have a minimum of three (3) years of prior academic leadership appointments and experience per the ACGME requirements
• Must be American Board of Surgery-certified
• 30% FTE of non-clinical time will be dedicated to program administration duties
