Job Summary The Community Outreach Care Van Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships statewide with community organizations and providers to serve the public. Through these relationships, this role will focus on bringing no-cost services to the underserved and rural populations of New Mexico. Will be expected to independently set up and breakdown event equipment. Ability and willingness to travel statewide, with up to 50% travel, including some weekends.

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care or Business Administration OR 4 years work experience in an insurance environment
• 3 years of experience in health care administration, community health OR grant management
• Interpersonal, analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of the health care industry
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas for responsibility, including overnight stays
• Organizational and planning skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Experience working with non-profit organizations
• Experience with presentations
• Ability to serve and interact with a diverse population
