This position will be responsible to work with business and technical experts to implement quality software solutions following established best practices, standards and patterns. The individual must have superb analytical and technical skills. The individual will be expected to participate in the architectural refinement, implementation design and implementation of solutions that support the enterprise strategic technology needs.Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 year Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience.
* Possess ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicable.
* Experience in scripting languages (BASH / PERL / PYTHON / RUBY).
* Experience in application / product feature design.
* Experience in service oriented architecture (SOA).
* Experience in web technologies (HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHP/Ruby/C#).
* Experience in cloud computing technologies (SaaS / IaaS / PaaS).
* Experience in application configuration.
* Rapid prototyping.
* SDLC Methodology (Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development).
* System performance management.
* Systems change / configuration management.
* Business requirements management.
* Problem solving /analytical thinking.
* Creative thinking.
* Experience in integration technologies.
* Experience in mobile technologies.
* Experience in traditional app languages.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
* 5+ years of software development experience using programming or scripting languages, such as Python.
* Proficient with relational databases, writing SQL statements and reviewing for performance improvements; experience with MS SQL Server, MySQL a plus.
* Experience with various AWS Cloud services including Step Functions, Lambda, IAM, Glue, SNS, SQS, EventBridge.
* Experience implementing, auditing, and maintaining AWS environments to the highest appropriate security standards and practices.
* Awareness of AWS environment networking and internet protocols is a plus.
* Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
* Proficient with Infrastructure as Code tools (eg Terraform).
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
* Experience in SDLC, including testing and deployment.
* Experience working as part of an agile team.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of IBM FileNet
* Knowledge about FileNet Content Management, Design FileNet objects and Clientsas well as Configure Environments.
* Proficiency in JAVA Programming and J2EE Environment.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $180,700.00
