This position is responsible for Customer service walk-ins and when the team is out in the field. They also share a similar role with our Community Outreach Specialist, by coordinating, organizing, planning and implementation of the HCSC's community based Mobile Assistance Center (MAC) outreach programs. Responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining cooperative relationships with the assigned populations and their advocates within the community; to educate, train, research and resolve problems and provide assistance and information. This position is also responsible for special projects and maintaining community contacts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*High School Diploma or GED.
*2 years experience in claim administration, claims auditing, customer service or membership.
*1 year experience giving employee feedback and/or providing employee training.
*Verbal and written communication skills.
*Organizational, analytical and training skills.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

*Bilingual - Spanish

*Strong communication skills
*PC proficiency to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Ability to travel statewide, and work evenings and weekends when required.

Compensation: $40,900.00 - $91,000.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
