Job Summary This position is responsible for assisting in gathering, analyzing, maintaining and reporting on budget and expense data and financial performance metrics; utilizing computer assisted analytical and forecasting techniques; and preparing monthly and annual reports for Internal Operations and the Enterprise Portfolio. The role may require ensuring the billing accuracy of hourly contractors, services, professional services, outsourcing agreements, hardware, software, and maintenance. In addition, analyst will ensure prompt payment and assist management to resolve with accuracy, any issues that prevent payment.


*Bachelor's in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance; OR 2 years of experience in corporate reporting, financial analysis, or IT operational functions in IT Financials.
*Experience in business operations, or in an IT role.
*Knowledge of business/ financial models.
*Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
*Presentational, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
*Detail orientated.
*PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.

*Customer service skills including managing customers' expectations.
