This is a critical role in shaping how our organization navigates and implements change. This role partners closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption of Division/Department change initiatives and provides support for enterprise-wide transformational intiatives. This individual will own and drive the change strategy and plan, partner with leadership, align leaders and project stakeholders to accelerate successful outcomes, build change competencies within a program / project, and enable operating model transformations to help drive value, growth and improve the affordability of our products and services.Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree with experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, or related HR field
* Experience leading cross-divisional, large-scale organizational analysis / design and organizational development initiatives plus ability to influence without direct authority and lead virtual team to achieve successful business outcomes
* Experience in program design, needs assessment, performance measurement and evaluation, process improvement, team and consulting skills with the ability to work in a diverse work group
* Project management skills and experience
* Consultative skills and negotiation skills
* Networking, verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
* Ability to work independently and producing high quality deliverables
* Analytical skills and process design skills
* Business acumen
Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Master degree
* Health insurance, healthcare industry or consulting experience
* Experience with Excel and Visio
* Process Design experience
* PROSCI change management framework
* Experience with project management tools such as MS Project
Compensation: $82,700.00 - $149,300.00
