Job Summary This Position Is Responsible For Facilitating All Aspects Of Assigned Clinical Quality Improvement Projects And Reporting. This Position Consults With Physicians, Providers, Members, And Other Resources, As Appropriate, To Assess, Plan, Facilitate Implement, Coordinate, Monitor And Evaluate Options And Services Required To Meet Clinical Quality Improvement Project Objectives. Uses Available Resources To Promote High Quality And Cost Effective Outcomes. Ability To Travel Including Overnight Stays.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Registered Nurse (RN), Physician's Assistant OR MSW (Master of Social Work)/LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) with current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of operations
  • 3 years clinical practice experience.
  • Current unrestricted driver's license.
  • Ability to travel including overnight stays.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • PC proficiency to include Word and Excel.

Preferred Requirements

  • highly seeking a candidate with analytical skills, presentation, facilitation skills would be ideal

**This position is Monday- Friday 8am –4:30pm

**Flex Chicago position in-office 3 days per week, WFH 2 days per week
