Job Summary This role will be responsible for leading five journey teams and a small team of HR Liaisons. It will be responsible for creating a culture of collaboration between journeys and HR Liaisons and among other areas of HR to effectively deliver engaging and inclusive employee journeys. This includes delivery of a high-quality, tailored experience across journeys for business leaders. They will also lead, inspire, coach, and develop the Journey Owners and HR Liaisons as well as the broader teams.

Leadership​ Responsibilities:

·        Provide overall leadership across Employee Experience Delivery journeys and HR Liaisons ​

·        Lead people development turning the Employee Experience Delivery journey teams and HR Liaison team into “destination” positions​

·        Lead by example, role modeling new ways of working and mindsets​

·        Act as a mentor and coach to Delivery professionals and HR Liaisons, inspiring excellence and exercising compassion and genuine concern​

·        Collaborate with Employee Experience Head and HR Tech Head to execute on the overall vision for Employee Experience Delivery​

Customer experience enhancement​:

·        Understand key drivers of employee experience across journeys and coach journey owners to proactively identify opportunities to enhance delivery for target employee groups (e.g., employees, business leaders, HRBPs)​

·        Coach HR Liaisons to find the right solution to meet the unmet needs of business leaders, managers, and employees​

·        Drive performance and implementation of feedback to continuously adapt and better serve the business ​

·        Instill a culture of outstanding customer service (e.g., recognizing excellent delivery, role modeling desired behaviors)​

·        Seek to understand the needs of business leaders and people managers, working in concert with HR Liaisons to provide an excellent customer experience and go above and beyond in every interaction with HR customers​

Innovation​:

·        Use internal results and external trends to shape service and process excellence, coaching journey teams to proactively test approaches to drive efficiency / effectiveness​

·        Look beyond delivery organization to broader business and external market for best practices to apply to their organization

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree ​and 12 years of experience
  • 5 years management experience​
  • Experience delivering people programs and/or supporting employee services​
  • Experience redesigning processes and driving continuous improvement ​
  • Data-driven strategic decision making ​
  • Leadership and organizational skills ​
  • Executive level communication and influence skills
  • Comfort with change, nimble ways of working
  • Collective ownership mindset
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Service orientation and customer obsession
  • Desire to understand key stakeholder needs and proactively deliver

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Six sigma certification
