Job Summary Responsible for data management and reporting functionality required to maintain Luminare Health project portfolio visibility and performance. Maintain functionality, tools and templates required to execute PMO Project Management (PM) methodology, governance, and standards. Improve use of tool to best leverage functionality that adds value to management of project portfolio. Leverage and create opportunities to build data reporting competence, functionality, and value across the organization. Partner with Project Managers and Executive Director PMO to monitor and support project and portfolio data and health data priorities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years' related experience  
  • Experience in successfully building/maintaining templates, gathering/analyzing and summarizing large data sets to benchmark workload and performance
  • Project financial experience tracking project expenditures and advanced use of Excel for data analysis/reporting, project/program/portfolio cost and benefit analysis, and report development and delivery
  • Proven communication skills; both written and verbal with technical and non-technical staff and all levels of management
  • Strong leadership and collaboration competence, with proven skills in analytical, critical thinking/reasoning and problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Visio and Microsoft Project Cloud Solution and Microsoft Power BI reporting solution

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, operations, finance, etc.
  • Experience in or working knowledge of PMO operations
  • Certification in Microsoft Project Cloud Solution, and SharePoint
  • Certification in Microsoft Power BI reporting solution

The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.

Min to Max Range:

$55,300.00 - $103,800.00
