Essential Duties:

The Project Scheduler is responsible for ensuring programs are planned, tracked and delivered on time to meet customer, budget and compliance requirements.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Work with program managers, engineers and other stake holders to define project activities, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress against baseline schedules, analyze variances, recommend corrective actions and help the team stay aligned with delivery commitments
  • Update schedules regularly with actual progress, forecasts, and changes in scope.
  • Prepare schedule reports and communicate timelines, risks and opportunities for stakeholders
  • Ensure schedule data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
  • Support program reviews, customer reporting, and internal audits; provide schedule updates and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes and tools
  • Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization
  • Adheres to all quality and safety standards

Education/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred; Certification in scheduling or project management (PMI-SP or similar) desired
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in project scheduling, program planning or project controls (manufacturing or defense industry background a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project is required
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical teams
  • Highly Organized, self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
