What you will be doing- Oversee daily operations of the front of house (FOH) to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
- Ensure cleanliness behind the bar and all FOH areas.
- Supervise the dining room and bar staff to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct monthly bar inventory and monitor liquor costs effectively.
- Design and update the cocktail menu, ensuring creativity and quality in offerings.
- Track invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping for all bar-related transactions.
- Provide hands-on leadership and support to the FOH team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements include basic reading, writing and Food & Beverage experience preferred. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires ability to perform the following:regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently standing up and moving about the work area, frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility, frequently bending, stooping and kneeling, frequently working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment.
Education & ExperienceAssociates Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two to three years related experience and/or training.
