Hobby Lobby is looking for a Lead Digital Advertising Specialist to join our digital advertising team. In this role, you will support digital media buying and execution for advertising by providing expertise in the digital ad space. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, positive, and forward-thinking team player who is passionate about online advertising and data analysis. You will develop new skills with the encouragement and guidance from a growing team.
The Lead Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for collaborating and guiding the team on campaign strategy, executing advertising campaigns and managing those campaigns in various platforms. Regular reporting will be used to help improve marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Working knowledge in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads and Microsoft Ad Center
- Offer insightful and strategic optimization recommendations based on campaign performance
- Develop media plans and written strategic recommendations
- Manage digital media project timelines
- Build, manage and scale paid digital media campaign execution including, but not limited to, paid social, paid search, shopping, display, video, etc.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Closely monitor and continuously optimize campaigns to identify new opportunities to improve performance, goals and KPI's
- Continually research, evaluate and test campaign structure and elements (e.g. creative, bid strategies, audience targeting, placements, etc.)
- Collaborate with team to align strategy of overall media plan
- Monitor and present emerging best practices in the ever-changing world of digital media
- Manage ad spend budgets to maximize growth and returns
- Planning – Strategy, Audience, Budgets, Creative, etc.
- Work with vendors to enhance and grow our platform strategies
- Report and present campaign performance on monthly, quarterly timeline
- Work directly with the Digital Advertising Manager on platform and campaign roadmaps for all paid digital strategies
Requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Digital Field preferred
- 3+ years of related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
- Working knowledge of all Social Media Ad platforms: Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
