Hobby Lobby's corporate office in Oklahoma City is looking for a full-time person to work in the Tax Department.  This position is located at SW 44th and Council.  We are looking for a candidate who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within the company. 

This opening is for an: TAX EXEMPT SPECIALIST

Position Overview:
Contributes significantly to the continued success and growth of Hobby Lobby.  Works as a team member within the tax compliance function.  Participates in the process of entering tax exempt customer data into the tax exempt portal. Reports to the Sales Tax Supervisor.
  
Primary Responsibilities: 

• Assist tax exempt customers via phone and e-mail.
• Make decisions regarding customer tax exempt documentation based on specific rules that may vary by state.
• Key tax exempt customer data daily.

• Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must pay close attention to detail; including grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Type more than 50 net wpm.
