Description

Responsible for leading, organizing and coordinating activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations, and submittals to showcase HOK's expertise.    RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages and ensures the delivery of top quality, on-time and effective submittal of RFP/RFQs and corresponding forms such as government forms, client questionnaires and qualifying statements as required.  Work often involves composing or editing answers to technical questions Provides input and collaborates with marketing manager and practice leaders to help establish priorities and protocols for responding to RFPs, RFQ's and other marketing related inquires. Provides the initial graphic mock-up and helps write and/or update content for proposals including project narratives, resumes, and specialty collateral for marketing purposes. Gathers information about prospects and participates in proposal strategy in support of firm's principals and other marketing professionals.  Interacts with marketing staff in other HOK offices to obtain/exchange information as needed. Establishes and manages timelines and assignments as needed to complete effective submittals. Coordinates or obtains information needed from consultant firms to be included in proposals or presentations. Supports marketing manager and participates in photoshoots of completed projects Maintains marketing resources and databases including qualifications, project narratives, personnel resumes, data, presentations, photographs, files, mailing lists, and client database. Sees that supplies and equipment for marketing efforts are maintained and ready to go at a moment's notice. Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service.    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Equivalent of bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 5 plus years marketing experience in the architecture, interior design, engineering, construction or real estate development industry.   OTHER: Travel may be required. Overtime will be required. The job duties and requirements that this document describes may be altered or supplemented at any time at the sole discretion of HOK.   Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, education, and location.  The reasonably estimated annual salary range for this position in Washington D.C. is $68,000 to $75,000.   #LI-HYBRID #LI-MW1
