Duties include, but are not limited to, escorting patient into the clinical area, taking vital signs and documenting them in the patient record; obtaining history of the current visit and documenting information in the patient#s record; stock exam rooms, clean and organize exam room between patient encounters with a thorough clean up at the end of each day.
