Our staff of professionals assesses, treats, and participates in the health maintenance and well-being of employees. Office Assistant # Occupational Health Our Occupational Health Department is seeking an Office Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the department. Responsibilities include: Accurately entering employee health information into the electronic medical record system (Enterprise Health or equivalent). Answering phones promptly and courteously; taking and relaying messages as appropriate. Scheduling employee appointments for physicals, vaccinations, drug/alcohol testing, respirator fit testing, and other Occupational Health services. Assisting with the preparation and scanning of documents, including medical records, lab results, and compliance reports. Supporting communication between Occupational Health, Human Resources, and departmental supervisors regarding employee health compliance. Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies. Assisting with supply ordering, filing, and general office duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in office administration or healthcare preferred. Prior experience in a medical or occupational health office setting strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail. REQUIREMENTS: High School graduate or equivalent.# Experience with customer service. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.##Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and other regulations preferred.
