Our OR team is looking for an enthusiastic#and reliable person to join our team. This employee will be responsible for the following but not limited to: prepare surgical suite room, equipment and appropriate instruments for surgical cases.# This employee will assist surgeons and nursing staff with surgical procedures, in accordance with department and hospital procedures. Check the sterility of equipment and make sure that there are adequate supplies for surgery Help surgeons during surgery by passing them instruments and other sterile supplies Count supplies, such as surgical instruments, to ensure that no foreign objects are retained in patients Maintain a sterile environment to prevent patient infection # REQUIREMENTS:#Graduate from an accredited program for Surgical Technicians; Certification as a Surgical Technician; Previous experience as a Certified Surgical Technician is desired. #
