Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for building new Inventory IQ platforms. Use our technology to manager customer's inventory and sell new products. You will also be responsible for working with our customers from: engineers, maintenance, purchasing and others using your consultative selling approach to learn about your customers' applications and needs.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned inventory IQ project.
- Develops and communicates a comprehensive implementation plan with the sales representative and the customer to ensure successful new account implementations.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up and negotiate terms, and close transactions
- Leads a team throughout the implementation and at the customer location and is responsible for scheduling the team needed for the implementation.
- Installs all necessary hardware and software on the customer site.
- Troubleshoots any potential issues the customer may be experiencing during the installation process, and may be required to develop an action plan to solve these issues
- Train customers and employees on the use of the systems and how to attain advanced level reporting.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
POSITIONS REQUIREMENTS
- 40% Travel Requirement
- 6 + months of operational and planning experience
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are essential
- Basic word, excel, and computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalency
- This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. We are not able to offer sponsorship of work visas for this position.
Preferred:
- Proven experience in developing new businesses, building repeat business, and managing projects
- Hands-on product demonstrations for customers and prospects; mechanical aptitude
