Position Summary
The Supervisor (or Production Supervisor) oversees day-to-day team or departmental operations, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed efficiently while supporting staff, monitoring performance, and reporting to senior management. This role is pivotal in improving processes, coaching employees, resolving issues, and acting as a communication bridge between frontline staff and upper leadership.
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Work Schedule: 1st shift Monday-Thursday 4am to 2:30pm with the flexibility to work before or after scheduled shifts depending on business needs
Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $70,000–$77,000, plus a performance-based bonus, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational procedures including shipments, material handling, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure confidentiality, safety, and compliance with OSHA and company regulations.
- Oversee training, maintain audit-ready records, and handle KPI reporting and timekeeping.
- Set performance goals, assign tasks, and resolve operational and personnel issues.
- Maintain payroll records, enforce policies, and manage disciplinary actions.
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Promote a safe, clean, and productive work environment and lead accident investigations.
- Support Good Manufacturing Practices and safety rule compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of supervisory or similar experience.
- Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Familiarity with 5S, continuous improvement, WMS, and MS Office.
- Experience with ADP E-time, large team management (30+), and warehouse or 3PL settings.
