Role and Responsibilities Under the direction of the ___Production Supervisor__, the BTQ Picker is a key role in packaging product for boutique standalone store orders . Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client. Schedule: Weekend Shift Fri- Sun 9:00am-9:30pm (3/12) AWW Compensation: $17.94 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential for hours worked Status: Non-Exempt ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB * Pick and packs product based on daily boutique standalone store orders. * Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. * Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation. * Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to supervisor. * Following proper Standard Operating Procedures and applicable FDA guidelines. * Attention to detail and able to multitask. * Able to transpose information from orders to packing slips / outbound documents. * Quality checks all pallets or box orders. * Able to self-supervise. * Other Job functions or cross training could apply.
