Description
Requirements:
- 1–3 years warehouse or logistics experience (3PL experience preferred).
Leadership skills; able to guide and support a small team.
Basic computer skills; comfortable with warehouse systems.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Forklift/reach truck experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
supervise and support warehouse associates in daily inbound and outbound tasks.
Ensure accurate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
Track shipments and resolve operational issues with inventory or carriers.
Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Communicate updates to supervisors and coordinate with other teams.
- The lead will train associates, assist the management team and follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed and other duties as assigned. In addition, the lead will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (OT as needed)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00PM
Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
