Job Summary:


 


We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual who excels in public speaking and can confidently present in front of large groups. This role requires a proactive team player who will serve as a reliable backup to both the Office Manager and Training Manager, ensuring seamless office operations and training support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a background in customer service and administrative tasks. We are looking for some who is seeking for advancement.


 


 


Responsibilities:


· Review, record and complete employee timecards on ADP accurately.


· Support and collaborate with employees in the resolution of timekeeping errors (i.e., missing time punches and job/role corrections).


· Perform various administrative tasks and partner with the Payroll department in support of compliant pay and timekeeping processes such as submitting Missed Punch Forms to ensure correct and timely pay for employee’s worked time.


· Manage and track employee time and attendance records including but not limited to: accurate timecard records, attendance, Paid Time Off (PTO), missing time worked, and so forth.


· Manage and send daily employee hours reports to Management.


· Responsible for the daily distribution of mail, including inbound and outbound correspondence.


· Manage and oversee the operations and appearance of the reception area.


· Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person/department.


· Ensure all onsite visitors and guests sign in and out in accordance with the company’s visitation and security guidelines.


· Support in the organization of various office activities.


· Maintain company databases ensuring they are up-to-date, up to and including employee records, financial records and documentation, as well as departmental spreadsheets as needed.


· Manage the collection and filing of confidential office records.


· Manage and file electronic communications as appropriate, including encrypted documentation and emails.


· Respond to correspondence (mail and emails) in a timely manner

Salary:


$20.00 to $24.00 per hour DOE


 


Shift: Full time. M-F, flexibility required.



Qualifications

Preferred Requirements:

 

· 1+ years ADP (ADP Workforce, ADP E-time)

· 1+ years customer service experience

· Strong oral and written skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Experience with ADP platform, Enterprise, ADPRM helpful

· Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
