Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG)is hiring for a Senior Manager, Digital Solutions to contribute to our Digital Services team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. 

The Senior Manager, Digital Services leads the client experience and vision for CoreSource, the leading digital distribution platform for the publishing industry. This person builds and manages a team tasked with supporting Sales growth and customer retention for Digital Services and driving strategy for ICG's industry-leading distribution platform. In addition, this person will oversee product management, customer analytics, and communication for CoreSource. With the Director, Digital Services, they lead customer retention strategy, and devise enterprise analytics management cycle to keep Sales and ICG senior leadership informed of trends, opportunities, and risks. The Senior Manager drives marketing and communications strategy for the Digital Services team. They design and implement client onboarding and training programs. In addition, this person manages competitive landscape, streamlines operational effectiveness, and maximizes in-house resources to enable ICG to increase market share through collaboration with Sales leadership and other business owners. They also create, develop, or improve processes, tools, or business management systems to meet customer needs effectively and efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent year for year experience
  • 7 years of experience in strategic customer solutions, including enterprise software sales or product or project management, or other sales support role, with demonstrated experience achieving sales objectives
  • 7 years of experience leading a customer analytics program
  • 5 years of people management experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Marketing background or experience
  • Sales operations experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads CoreSource product vision and strategy to create sales opportunities for our clients.
  • Manages the Digital Solutions team to a high level of efficiency, collaboration, and efficacy.
  • Manages client communication and marketing strategy for the Digital Services team.
  • Leads reporting on key performance and retention indicators for the platform, including ensuring service level agreement metrics are being achieved to support client retention.
  • Delivers weekly scorecard and other reports as required to monitor the health of the business. Proactively engage in business improvements based on reporting insights.
  • Devises vision and strategy for generative AI involvement in CoreSource with client, Legal, and Sales input.
  • Provides direction for team to gather and monitor market and competitive intelligence to support Sales goals and revenue cycle.
